Descriptions:

Red Delicious: Juicy, sweet taste. Classic for eating.

Golden Delicious: Sweet and extra juicy. Crisp white texture. For fresh eating & salads.

Crispin/Mutsu: Delicately spicy and juicy with crisp white flesh. Excellent for eating. Large green apple similar to Golden Delicious but firmer flesh.

Ida Red: Highly flavored and crisp. Moderately tart, good for cooking, eating and baking. Good for storing.

Jonagold: Blend of tart and sweet, firm texture. One of Europe's most preferred eating apples. Pretty yellow and red blush.

Empire: Unique sweet/tart taste, crisp and juicy. Good for fresh eating and salads. Stores well. Developed in NY State. A perfect blend of Red Delicious and McIntosh.

The following apples must be shipped BEFORE THANKSGIVING

McIntosh: Juicy and tangy, an all time favorite for eating and salads. Must be shipped before Thanksgiving.

Cortland: Tangy taste. Fine grained juicy flesh stays white longer. Excellent for eating, snacking and baking. Must be shipped before Thanksgiving.

Gala: Sweet & juicy, with a snappy, crisp texture. Superb dessert and fresh eating apple.

Honeycrisp: Distinct sweet/tart flavor, with a juicy, super crisp, yellow flesh. The gourmet snack.
